A: At Loyalty Fitness our trainers are certified in the science based super-slow strength training method. This method is safe, effective and time efficient. While working 1-on-1 in as little as one or two 30-minute sessions per week, clients strengthen muscles and bones – no matter your exercise experience or previous injuries. We work at your pace and keep the individual in mind at all times. Working out at Loyalty Fitness will be unlike anything you’ve probably done before. Q: What are your cleaning standards?
A: We have a very strict COVID-19 cleaning protocol. Anyone that enters the studio must wash their hands before entering. No outside gloves are permitted, we provide disposable gloves. The studio is completely disinfected after each client, before the next enters the studio. We have clients wait outside or in their car until the studio is fully disinfected and ready for them to enter.

A: Yes! Virtual personal training sessions are as simple as answering your phone. You do not need any special equipment, just a cell phone or a computer, and we will guide you through a great workout from home, office, or while you are on vacation.
