A: We have a 12 hour cancelation policy so you have more than enough time to cancel your session and re-schedule for another day and time that works better for you.

Q: Is Loyalty Fitness just a regular gym to train at?

A: Loyalty Fitness is not a regular gym, we operate by appointment only and provide one-on-one private personal training sessions catered to your unique needs. Our Syosset and Greenwich certified personal trainers will get to know your strengths and weaknesses and work to put together a plan specific to those needs. Q: How long are your workout sessions?
A: Your introductory session is an hour, we will go through your health history and goals before taking you through a workout. Sessions after the intro are 30 minutes, it is a very safe, effective, and time efficient workout.
Q: How often should I train with Loyalty Fitness?

A: For optimal results with our super-slow strength training method we recommend a one-on-one session for 30 minutes twice a week with one of our personal trainers. You’ll be able to strengthen your muscles and bones, improve metabolism, and create a fit and pain free healthy body. Q: Do I need to be an athlete to handle your sessions? I'm just starting out.
A: Definitely not, we cater to each client’s specific needs individually. This is the perfect atmosphere for beginners, it is just you and your trainer. We will make sure you get a safe and effective workout that meets your fitness level.

A: We do a full body workout in each session.
Q: How long will it take to see results?
A: On average clients will see results in about 12 weeks, several factors come into play such as diet, sleep, stress. Our trainers will work with you along the way to make sure we track your progress and help you reach your goals.

A: Your results depend on your goals, during your free introductory session we will go over your goals and map out the best plan of action to get the results you are looking for.

A: There are several certifications that our trainers hold, Superslow Strength Training certification, ACE personal trainer certification, ACE master trainer Certification, NASM personal trainer certification, Corrective exercise certification, Precision Nutrition certification.

A: Yes, we have female coaches at both locations.

COVID-19 / Cleaning Protocols

Q: Is there anything I need to know before going to my first session in the studio?
A: Please wait in your car, we disinfect and clean the studio before you enter. After the studio is disinfected, we will text or call you to come in.

Q: What are your cleaning standards?

A: We have a very strict COVID-19 cleaning protocol. Anyone that enters the studio must wash their hands before entering. No outside gloves are permitted, we provide disposable gloves. The studio is completely disinfected after each client, before the next enters the studio. We have clients wait outside or in their car until the studio is fully disinfected and ready for them to enter.

Q: Do you offer online training that I can do from home?
A: Yes! Virtual sessions are as simple as answering your phone. You do not need any special equipment, just a cell phone or a computer, and we will guide you through a great workout from home, office, or while you are on vacation.

Q: Do I need a specific software program to connect to my virtual training session?
A: No, we can Facetime you if you have an iPhone or we can video chat through your phone with an Android. If you use your computer you will need to use a video chat platform which the trainer will set up and send you the invite all you need to do is accept the invite and open the video to start!
Q: Will the virtual workout plans vary each session?
A: We develop programs for each client individually so this will depend on your wants and needs.

A: All of our training is one-on-one to make sure you are safe and getting an effective workout.
