I am over the age 80, I joined Loyalty Fitness to improve my strength and aspects of my tennis game. Less than a year ago I decided I needed personal training to get myself into better overall shape. I workout at Loyalty Fitness with my personal trainer twice a week. Since beginning the program with the professional help of my trainer Lisa, I have improved my overall physical condition especially my biceps, triceps and leg strength. Needless to say, I am pleased with the results attained. -David L
